What you can hire us to build

Useful reporting, connected to the work.

  • Business questions and measures agreed with the people using them
  • Connections to the CRM, campaign platforms and operational sources in scope
  • Source and campaign details preserved with inquiries where available
  • Views for marketing performance, sales activity or delivery priorities
  • Clear definitions for pipeline, booked work, revenue and costs
  • A review schedule and clear responsibility for keeping records current

Is this the problem you have?

Marketing, sales and delivery are reported in separate places. You cannot easily see which opportunities need attention. You want to make decisions using consistent information.

We connect the sources and build reporting that answers practical business questions: where inquiries came from, which opportunities need attention and how work is progressing.

We quote the work your business needs. Software, usage fees and advertising spend are listed separately.

Discuss your reporting

A possible project

See what a campaign brings into the business.

An owner wants to decide where to put the next advertising budget.

Connect activity. Campaign spend and inquiry sources are brought together for the same reporting period.

Follow the sales path. The CRM shows which inquiries reached conversations, proposals and won work.

Choose the next move. The owner reviews the results, known costs and missing information before deciding what to change.

This describes a possible build. The steps and connections depend on your software and the work we agree.

A free 30-minute call

Show us the current setup and the problem you want solved. We discuss the result and the information needed to quote it.

02

A written proposal

You see what we will deliver, the price, timing and checks before committing. A separate assessment or pilot is only added when needed and agreed in writing.

03

Check the numbers

Compare the report with its sources. Make missing information visible and keep opportunities, booked work and cash distinct. Show the team how to read the report, update the records it relies on and review the next action.

FAQ

Reporting questions

What to expect before we start working together.

Can you show which ads produce sales?

We preserve source information where available and connect it to recorded sales outcomes. Offline conversations, cross-device visits and incomplete records can leave gaps; those remain visible in the report.

Can you report on revenue and profitability?

When the underlying records are available. Pipeline value, booked work, cash collected and delivery costs are distinct measures. We agree which sources support each one.

Do we need another dashboard?

Not necessarily. Reporting may belong in the CRM or workspace your team already uses. A separate view is built when it makes the decisions easier.

Can you fix missing tracking?

Yes. Capturing the required events, sources and outcomes can be part of the implementation. Historical information that was never recorded may not be recoverable.

What should we bring to the first call?

Which questions the reporting needs to answer. Available source access and any missing information to capture. Who records sales outcomes, costs and customer updates. A description of the current process is enough to start; do not send passwords or private customer records.

Is the first call free, and what happens after it?

Yes. The first consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes. If the work is clear enough, we prepare a proposal. If technical questions need a separate assessment or pilot, we explain its deliverables and price in writing before you choose it. You are not required to buy an assessment with every project.

What question is your reporting failing to answer?

Bring that question and the tools holding the information. We will discuss a useful reporting project in a free 30-minute call.
