Custom software & business systems

Build the tool your business is missing.

When a spreadsheet or the software you already use cannot do the job, we build the missing tool. That could be a maintenance request system, a job tracker, a customer portal or another application your team uses every day.

What you can hire us to build

From a recurring problem to a working application.

  • Review of the job, the people doing it and the current workaround
  • A working first version designed for the computers and phones your team uses
  • The agreed screens, records, tasks and customer or staff access
  • Roles, permissions, shared records and documented ownership
  • Connections to approved source systems where supported
  • AI-assisted preparation or search when it improves the task
  • Workflow testing, team onboarding and a clear launch and support plan

Is this the problem you have?

Your team relies on spreadsheets and manual workarounds for an important process. Clients or staff need one clearer place to work through a task. Existing products cannot support the workflow without repeated copying or compromise.

We design the screens, build the application and connect the information it needs. Staff can see the job, add updates and find the next step, with the right access for their role.

We quote the work your business needs. Software, usage fees and advertising spend are listed separately.

Discuss your business tool

A possible project

A reported fault becomes a job someone owns.

A warehouse or service team needs to track maintenance requests without relying on scattered messages.

Report the problem. Staff add the equipment, location, notes and a photo from their phone. The request shows missing details before it is passed on.

Assign and track the job. The responsible person sees the request, priority and status. Parts or spending can wait for the approval your process requires.

Record the fix. The person completing the work adds notes and evidence. A reviewer can confirm completion, and the equipment history stays with the record.

This describes a possible build. The steps and connections depend on your software and the work we agree.

From a conversation to a working result

Agree the job.
Then build and check it.

01

A free 30-minute call

Show us the current setup and the problem you want solved. We discuss the result and the information needed to quote it.

02

A written proposal

You see what we will deliver, the price, timing and checks before committing. A separate assessment or pilot is only added when needed and agreed in writing.

03

Test it with the people doing the job

Check a normal task, missing information, permissions and what happens when a connection fails. Show the team how to work through it. Hand over access, instructions and the agreed hosting and support arrangements.

FAQ

Custom software questions

What to expect before we start working together.

Do we need to know exactly what software we want?

No. Bring the problem, the current workaround and a few representative examples. We can map the work and define a useful first version before agreeing the build.

Can you build beyond a CRM?

Yes. The application may support client services, order intake, inventory, approvals, field work or another defined process. We evaluate the requirements and technical dependencies before committing to delivery.

Can this connect to software we already use?

Often, yes. We first check the access and connection options your software provides. The proposal explains which records move, which system controls them and what happens if an update fails.

Will the application use AI?

Only where it helps the task. Ordinary forms, rules and shared records may be the right answer. AI can prepare information or help people search approved sources, with review controls appropriate to the work.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. A small first version can prove the most important task or a difficult connection before a larger build. We agree what it includes, what it costs and what it must demonstrate before you commit.

Who owns the application and keeps it running?

The agreement covers source code, your content and data, third-party components, hosting, access and handover. Ongoing support is an optional scoped service with its own responsibilities and fee.

What should we bring to the first call?

Who will use it, what they need to do and how we will check the result. Access to existing software, who controls the records and any data to move. Hosting, running costs, support and how future changes are handled. A description of the current process is enough to start; do not send passwords or private customer records.

Is the first call free, and what happens after it?

Yes. The first consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes. If the work is clear enough, we prepare a proposal. If technical questions need a separate assessment or pilot, we explain its deliverables and price in writing before you choose it. You are not required to buy an assessment with every project.

What does your team still have to work around?

Bring one job, spreadsheet or recurring task to a free 30-minute call. We will discuss what a useful application could do and what needs checking before a quote.
