This privacy policy describes how Operant LLC ("Operant") handles information collected through operantops.com and related business inquiries.
Information we collect

Website virtual assistant
Our website chat includes an AI virtual assistant. We use conversation content and any contact details you choose to provide to answer questions, help with scheduling, and arrange requested human follow-up. Communications and AI service providers may process this information on our behalf. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive regulated information in chat. Website chat does not enroll you in SMS.
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, forms, CRM, analytics, scheduling, advertising, or communications. Those providers may process information on our behalf according to their services, terms, and applicable privacy practices.
SMS communications and consent
If you choose to receive texts from OPERANT LLC, we use your mobile number and consent record to provide customer-care messages about your inquiries, appointments, and requested services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not transferred to another business. We may use communications providers to deliver messages and process information on our behalf for that purpose. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Advertising measurement
We use campaign information and inquiry outcomes to understand which advertising brings business to Operant. Our advertising measurement providers include Google and Meta. Where enabled and permitted, measurement may involve sharing ad click identifiers, a hashed version of an email address, and verified inquiry or customer outcomes, including purchase amount, to attribute results and improve advertising. Hashing does not make personal information anonymous.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional website measurement is controlled separately from the inquiry form. We obtain consent where required by applicable law or provider rules and honor applicable privacy choices. This notice describes our practices; it does not turn a missing choice into affirmative consent or override a previous refusal.
You can contact nick@operantops.com to ask about advertising measurement, request that your information not be used for future advertising outcome sharing, or withdraw previously given permission. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent to a provider.
Your measurement choices
For US visits, we use limited Google conversion measurement with analytics and advertising storage denied, advertising personalization disabled, and no email or customer details in the event. Cookie-free measurement can still send technical information to Google. Elsewhere, or when location is unknown, these tags stay off unless you allow optional measurement. We respect a saved refusal and the Global Privacy Control browser signal on these pages.
The analytics controls apply to this browser on our homepage, project inquiry, advertising landing and privacy pages. Allowing analytics does not enroll you in marketing or allow advertising outcome sharing. That choice is separate below. To request account-wide suppression of future customer-outcome sharing, email nick@operantops.com.

Optional and off by default. If you allow it, Operant may share advertising identifiers and whether your next new inquiry qualifies or becomes a customer with Google and Meta to measure which ads bring business. This is separate from website analytics and does not subscribe you to marketing. You can send an inquiry without allowing it.
This choice can be linked to one new inquiry submitted from this browser after it is saved. It does not change permissions for existing contacts or other inquiries. Turning it off withdraws this saved permission for future sharing; it cannot recall information already sent. Your browser privacy signal takes priority. For inquiries from another browser or help with an earlier choice, contact nick@operantops.com.
