Privacy policy

Last updated August 12, 2026.

This launch-ready policy is written for the current static site and Netlify Forms workflow. It should be reviewed against the final legal entity, analytics stack, CRM routing, chat widget, advertising pixels, and any regulated client requirements before those systems are activated.

Information we collect

We may collect information you submit through website forms, including your name, business email, company, role, current systems, project timing, and the operating problem you describe. We may also receive basic technical and referral information needed to operate, secure, and understand the website, including IP-derived network information, device/browser data, referring pages, and campaign parameters.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, operate and improve the website, maintain security, understand attribution, and support legitimate business administration. We do not ask you to submit passwords, API keys, or sensitive regulated data through public forms.

Service providers

The site is designed for hosting on Netlify and may later connect to CRM, analytics, scheduling, advertising, or communications providers. When those services are enabled, information may be processed by those providers according to the services Operant configures and their applicable terms.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable by using the contact form and stating that your request concerns privacy. Additional rights may apply based on your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website, vendors, and business operations evolve. The date above identifies the current version.
