What you can hire us to build

Support and improvement with clear responsibilities.

  • Named systems, workflows and accounts covered by the agreement
  • System checks, issue investigation and maintenance
  • User support and training within the agreed scope
  • An agreed amount of improvement work, with priorities decided together
  • Campaign or reporting management when specifically included
  • Regular review of completed work, available results and next priorities

Is this the problem you have?

Your team relies on connected systems every day. You want a partner responsible for keeping the agreed work moving. New services, people or processes mean the setup needs to evolve.

We manage the systems and workflows covered by your agreement, resolve issues and deliver prioritized improvements. Regular reviews make it clear what changed and what needs attention next.

We quote the work your business needs. Software, usage fees and advertising spend are listed separately.

Discuss ongoing support

A possible project

A steady rhythm for keeping the business moving.

The team adds a new service and needs its existing process to support it.

Review the change. Identify what the service changes in inquiries, assignments, follow-up and reporting.

Agree the priority. Schedule the included improvements and scope any larger additions before work starts.

Update and explain. Test the changes, update the operating guide and show the team what is different.

This describes a possible build. The steps and connections depend on your software and the work we agree.

FAQ

Management & support questions

What to expect before we start working together.

Can we hire Operant for both the build and management?

Yes. We can plan implementation and ongoing management together, with the deliverables and responsibilities for each clearly stated.

Is a monthly agreement required?

No. A project can end with a documented handover. Ongoing management is a separate choice with its own scope and fee.

Are improvements unlimited?

No. The agreement specifies included work or capacity. Larger additions are scoped and approved before they are started.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Support hours and response expectations are agreed in writing. Round-the-clock emergency coverage is not included by default.

Can you manage a system someone else built?

Potentially. We first review its condition, access, documentation and dependencies before agreeing what we can take responsibility for.

What should we bring to the first call?

Support channels, coverage and response expectations. Included improvements and how larger changes are scoped. Account access, ownership and handover arrangements. A description of the current process is enough to start; do not send passwords or private customer records.

Is the first call free, and what happens after it?

Yes. The first consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes. If the work is clear enough, we prepare a proposal. If technical questions need a separate assessment or pilot, we explain its deliverables and price in writing before you choose it. You are not required to buy an assessment with every project.

Need someone to look after the setup?

Tell us what is running and where you need help. In a free 30-minute call, we will discuss suitable coverage and what we need to review before quoting it.
