Software integrations & automation

Stop entering the same details twice.

An accepted quote should not mean retyping the job, chasing a purchase approval and rebuilding an invoice. We connect the steps across your existing software so the checked information can move with the work.

What you can hire us to build

Build the connections your operation needs.

  • Approved quotes carried into orders, jobs and delivery records
  • Purchase requests sent to the right person for approval
  • Job completion details prepared for invoicing, where included
  • Connections to business software, shared files and reporting
  • Matching records, duplicate checks and a way to recover failed updates
  • Testing a complete job, written instructions and team training

Is this the problem you have?

Orders, service requests or purchasing details are retyped across tools. Jobs wait for information, approval or a status update. Growth is adding more coordination work than your team can comfortably handle.

We build connections between sales, job management, purchasing and accounting where your software allows them. The team can see what has moved, what needs approval and where someone needs to step in.

We quote the work your business needs. Software, usage fees and advertising spend are listed separately.

Discuss your integration

A possible project

Quote approved. Job prepared. Invoice ready to check.

Connect the software holding the sale, the job and the accounts instead of asking staff to enter the same details again.

Prepare the job. Use the accepted quote to prepare the job and customer details in the connected tool. Flag missing information before assigning it.

Handle purchasing and approvals. Prepare any required purchase request with supplier, quantity and cost details. The person authorized by your business checks it before an order is placed.

Prepare the invoice. When the agreed completion checks pass, prepare the invoice details for review in the accounting system. Keep failed updates visible and avoid creating duplicate records.

This describes a possible build. The steps and connections depend on your software and the work we agree.

From a conversation to a working result

Agree the job.
Then build and check it.

01

A free 30-minute call

Show us the current setup and the problem you want solved. We discuss the result and the information needed to quote it.

02

A written proposal

You see what we will deliver, the price, timing and checks before committing. A separate assessment or pilot is only added when needed and agreed in writing.

03

Prove the connections

Test a complete job, repeated updates, missing details and a failed connection without creating duplicate work. Show what has moved, what is waiting and how to resolve a problem. Document the process and agree ongoing checks.

FAQ

Software integrations questions

What to expect before we start working together.

Can you connect all our tools?

We check what each tool supports before committing to a connection. Native integrations and APIs often provide a route; where access is restricted, we explain the alternatives and their limits.

Does this have to run in a CRM?

No. The process may involve your order system, purchasing software, shared files, inbox or a custom application. We choose the approach around the work and connect the systems that need to participate.

Do you use Zapier, Make or n8n?

The tool follows the work. A native feature, CRM workflow or integration platform may be the best fit. We explain the choice, ownership and running costs in the proposal.

What happens if a workflow fails?

We agree who gets notified, how the team can see unfinished steps and how an update is retried without repeating a purchase, message or other completed action. Ongoing checks can be included in a separate management plan.

How do we choose what to automate first?

We look at workload, delays, errors and the value of improving the process. The plan can cover a connected set of workflows, with priorities and scope agreed before the build.

What should we bring to the first call?

What starts each process, the result required and who handles problems. The access and integration features your software allows. Which messages, purchases and changes need someone to approve them. A description of the current process is enough to start; do not send passwords or private customer records.

Is the first call free, and what happens after it?

Yes. The first consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes. If the work is clear enough, we prepare a proposal. If technical questions need a separate assessment or pilot, we explain its deliverables and price in writing before you choose it. You are not required to buy an assessment with every project.

Where are people still copying and chasing?

Show us one process and the software it crosses. In a free 30-minute call, we will discuss the connections, approvals and next step toward a build.
