Precision Detail Co. · Bellingham, Massachusetts

A clear path from vehicle review to recurring care.

A website project for an owner-operated mobile detailing business. The live site explains the initial Precision Reset, monthly and biweekly maintenance options, and the area Jake serves.

Service pages and FAQs help visitors understand the offer. The vehicle-review form asks about the vehicle, condition, location and preferred care schedule so Jake can recommend an appropriate starting service.

“Nick has been awesome to work with when it came to building up my website for Precision Detail.”

Refined · Mendon, Massachusetts

Website, full CRM and a complete Operant implementation.

Operant built Refined's website and full CRM as part of a complete implementation spanning Operant's service offering.

The website brings Refined's Media and Business Solutions departments together under one company identity. Dedicated service pages guide visitors through creative production and business services, with a shared path to a project conversation.

The engagement extended beyond the website to the CRM and broader business systems. The public site credits Operant in its footer.

Internal Operant systems

Operant is developing its own orchestration infrastructure for intake, customer journeys, reporting, deployment readiness and controlled operations. The implementation includes explicit state, duplicate protection and approval boundaries. Some components remain disabled or awaiting live acceptance; development is not presented as a fully activated client system.

These internal systems support project intake, delivery and ongoing operations. Published evidence must identify what is live and what remains a demonstration; private client records are not displayed.

Illustrative demonstrations

The interactive lead-to-revenue demonstration uses a fictional company and illustrative values. It shows a proposed operating pattern, not actual customer performance.

Our Systems Briefs explain design decisions: ownership, response, source preservation, exception handling and reporting. They provide inspectable reasoning without exposing client information.
