Project scope, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, fees, timing, and exclusions are defined only in a signed agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, Operant name and mark, methods, frameworks, documentation language, and reusable materials are owned by or licensed to Operant LLC. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, resell, or represent Operant materials as your own without permission.
