Website terms

Last updated August 12, 2026.

These terms govern use of the public Operant website. Client work should be governed by a separate signed agreement and statement of work.

Informational use

Website content is provided for general information about Operant’s capabilities and operating approach. It does not create a consulting, vendor, partnership, employment, legal, financial, or other professional relationship.

No scope or performance promise

Descriptions of services are not offers of unlimited scope and do not guarantee any specific business, revenue, software, implementation, automation, AI, or operational outcome. Project scope, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, fees, timing, and exclusions are defined only in a signed agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, Operant name and mark, methods, frameworks, documentation language, and reusable materials are owned by or licensed to Operant. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, resell, or represent Operant materials as your own without permission.

Third-party links

The website may link to independent partner or third-party websites. Operant does not control their content, availability, privacy, or security practices.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Operant does not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Any liability arising solely from use of the public website is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Client engagements are governed by their own agreements.
