What to expect before we start working together.

Will I need a paid assessment first?

Not always. A website or other well-defined project may be quoted after the free call and the information you provide. Complex software connections can need a separate technical assessment or pilot. Its deliverables and price are agreed in writing before any paid work starts.

What happens on the first call?

A free 30-minute conversation with Nick about your goals, current setup and the change you want to make. We look at the right starting point and whether Operant can help.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Bring the problem in your own words. Your website, the tools you use and an example with private details removed can help us get specific.

Does this form reserve a time?
