Connect the tools and workflows your business relies on. Operant builds the system, trains your team and agrees what support comes next.

THREE WAYS TO WORK WITH OPERANT
One clear project, a connected build or a monthly relationship. Choose the scope your business needs.
A website, CRM improvement, individual automation or integration. A complete, useful purchase on its own.
Discuss a focused projectConnect multiple tools and workflows around how your business sells, starts work and delivers for customers.
Discuss a connected buildAgreed support, reporting, maintenance and improvements, with clear priorities and responsibilities each month.
Discuss ongoing supportWHAT THE INITIAL BUILD COVERS
Set the process, responsibilities, systems, data and deliverables before building. Keep useful tools where they support the work.
Configure the CRM, integrations and automation in scope. Give your team visibility into records, ownership and next actions.
Check the complete journey, prepare your team and document how it works. Agree launch, training and initial support responsibilities.
A SMALLER START
Owner-operated businesses and small teams can start with a limited implementation. That includes a one- or two-truck service company, as well as a small agency or professional practice.
Discuss a smaller implementationExamples to choose during scoping, not an all-inclusive package. We agree the platform, a limited set of workflows and integrations, onboarding, training and any bounded ongoing support. Custom development and expansion are separate.
ONGOING SYSTEMS PARTNERSHIP
For owners and teams who want Operant to help look after the systems they rely on, with an agreed monthly scope and a clear point of responsibility.
Our responsibility. Review the agreed systems, investigate issues, maintain included workflows, check reporting and complete the improvements we have agreed to take on.
Your part. Set business priorities, approve changes and give us the access and decisions needed to do the work.
Check the agreed systems and reported issues.
See progress, gaps and work that needs attention.
Agree what matters most within the monthly scope.
Complete and test the included changes.
Share what changed, what remains and the next steps.
The initial implementation builds and launches the agreed system. The ongoing agreement defines what we look after, support arrangements, reporting and improvement capacity. New development and expansion are separately scoped.
Discuss your monthly scopeCLEAR BEFORE WE START
We establish implementation deliverables, timing, training and investment before work begins. A standalone project remains a valid choice. If discovery is needed to define a complex build, that work is agreed separately.
For ongoing work, we define responsibilities, support arrangements, reporting and included improvement capacity. Platform subscriptions and other third-party costs are identified separately. Changes beyond the agreement are scoped before work starts.
We review your existing platforms, access and integration options before recommending a change. Your proposal defines what is included and how we will confirm it works.
