Refined Agency is being developed as a coordinated business-services model with strategy and relationship leadership at the front and specialized execution underneath. Operant’s lane is the systems layer: architecture, CRM and platform implementation, automation, integrations, reporting infrastructure, enablement, launch, and governance.
The collaboration does not change Operant’s independence or platform-neutral operating model. Depending on the engagement, Operant may work visibly, in a powered-by role, or behind the partner experience.
